 NEW TO ADULT ADHD?

YOUR FIRST WORKSHOP WITH ADHD PEERS:
"NEW TO ADULT ADHD?"

This 90-min workshop has been designed for adults living with ADHD or who suspect they may.

It is especially adapted for people who have started to identify themselves as ADHD (maybe?), or people who were recently diagnosed, or even those diagnosed during childhood who never received adequate support.

This is a psycho-education workshop, which means it focuses:

  • on sharing specific information helpful to recognise, understand and manage ADHD,

  • on orienting you towards the numerous resources to manage it,

  • and on empowering you to build skills to enhance your well-being and performance.

This workshop is online and organised with a very small group, usually 4 to 6 participants, to make sure everyone feels safe and heard.

This program takes place the first Wednesday of every month, from 8 pm to 9:30 pm (SG time). You may check the date of the next event at the bottom of this page, on the registration form.

This is an online workshop on Zoom which you can attend from the safety of your home. This is a confidential discussion with a small group of peers - everyone will have cameras on.

I have been facilitating this workshop, and several others for adults with ADHD, since 2012. A psychotherapist and a coach, I have extensive experience working with adults with ADHD in Singapore. You may read more in my profile at this link: Annelaure Vuillermoz.

Fees are $90: registration is at the bottom of this page.

If you are keen to join but experiencing financial hardship, please write to hello@colourfully.sg.

Please understand that this group is not open to professionals or psychology students willing to learn about ADHD. To ensure this session remains a safe space, it is only open to adults who live with ADHD or suspect they may. Mental health professionals or relatives of people with ADHD are invited to write to hello@colourfully.sg about sessions and workshops more suited to their needs and questions.

After completing this first psycho-education workshop "New to Adult ADHD?",

you may participate to our monthly adult ADHD support group, and join our ADHD community.
