If you have any questions: We have prepared a "Frequently Asked Questions" section for prospective clients, written with the newbies in mind - most of our new clients have never done coaching and psychotherapy before.

If you are keen to start sessions: We would like to understand your situation and objectives. It will only take you a couple of minutes to fill in the form below. We will reply to you within two working days, and plan your first session together.
Fees for sessions are:
$210 for a 60-minute session, and $290 for a 90-minute session.
Payment is done online at booking.
Any change or cancellation must be communicated 48 hours prior to the start of the session: if not, session fees will be due, as we won't be able to use that slot for another client.
We typically reply to any message or query within 2 working days. Indeed most of our time is spent facilitating sessions with clients, not checking emails or mobile phones!
As for administrative inquiries (invoices, insurances, etc.), they are treated on Mondays.
