INTRODUCTION TO ART THERAPY
(a 3-hour experiential workshop)
There is so much more to art therapy than colouring books! Art therapy is not only a gentle way to reduce stress and enhance your creativity, but also an effective therapeutic intervention for a wide range of life challenges and mental health difficulties.
If you are keen to explore the potential of art-making as a tool for personal growth or professional interest, or simply add more colours to your life, this is the workshop for you!
You will learn how art therapy works, whom it may benefit, and where it is practiced in Singapore. This is an experiential session where you will have ample opportunities to make art, explore different materials and reflect on your own creative process.
No good at art? Don’t fret! In art therapy, the focus is on learning to express yourself freely and use art in a personal way. No prior experience or skills in art making are required. This workshop is facilitated by Annelaure Vuillermoz, a credentialed art therapist who ensures a safe and supportive environment.
