ADD/ADHD IN ADULTS:
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO MANAGE
(Online psychoeducation workshop & peer group discussion | 90-min program)
This event is open to adults living with ADD/ADHD or who suspect they may.
This is a psycho-education workshop, as well as an opportunity to discuss with peers. Participants will develop an in-depth understanding of ADD/ADHD and its impact in adults. We will review therapeutic interventions and self-management approaches available for adults, including first strategies to enhance well-being and performance.
Facilitator:
Annelaure Vuillermoz, psychotherapist and coach, has extensive experience in supporting adults with ADHD in Singapore. She is a regular speaker at regional mental health conferences (APBAM 2015, Asian Congress on ADHD 2016). To know more, you may check Annelaure's bio.
Participants:
A small confidential group of four to six participants typically attend the online workshop, to allow everyone sufficient time for questions and sharing. To ensure this session remains a safe space, it is only open to adults who live with ADD/ADHD or suspect they may. Mental health professionals or relatives of people with ADD/ADHD are invited to write to hello@colourfully.sg about sessions suited to their needs and questions.

After this introductory workshop, participants will be invited to join our monthly online ADD/ADHD support group meetings and our online community.
